We are currently seeking a junior litigation associate with 1-3 years experience. Our firm represents clients throughout the United States in securities, antitrust, product liability and consumer protection actions. This is a great opportunity for a focused, energetic candidate with outstanding writing and analytical skills. A demonstrated ability to work independently and as a member of a team is required. Must be admitted to the California bar.

Paralegal/ Case Investigator

We are currently seeking a litigation paralegal (case investigator) for our San Francisco office. Primary responsibilities include assisting attorneys with case investigations, factual research, and client interviews. A qualified candidate will be bright, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, able to multi-task and capable of working independently. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Knowledge of web design and/or html is a plus, but is not required.
Previous law firm/paralegal experience is NOT required for this position. A bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university is mandatory. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent college graduate looking to gain real-world law firm experience prior to applying to law school.
